Monthly Booking SOP (UAE Only)

You can drive a car with a monthly subscription.
The subscription renews automatically unless you submit a return request 48 hours before the renewal date.
Payment is collected in advance each month.


How It Works – UAE

1. Select a Car

  • Open the Invygo app

  • Select the “Monthly” plan

  • Choose from the list of available cars

  • Review car details: monthly price, mileage, insurance, and starter fee

2. Upload Required Documents

Only UAE residents can book. Required documents:

  • Emirates ID

  • UAE driving license

  • Passport

  • UAE visa

If the UAE driving license is less than 1 year old, a home country driving license is also required.

Tourists cannot book a car.
They can only be added as second drivers under a UAE resident's booking.

3. Make Initial Payment

  • Payment is completed through the app

  • The total includes the first month and starter fee (if applicable)

  • Payment is always in advance

No refunds are issued for early returns during the first month.

4. Receive the Car

  • Delivery or pickup is scheduled after booking confirmation

  • Your subscription starts on the day you receive the car

5. Monthly Renewal

  • Monthly subscription renews automatically

  • If you want to return the car, submit a return request in the app

  • Request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date

  • If you miss the deadline, the next month will be charged

6. Return Process

  • Car must be returned clean

  • No damage

  • Same fuel level as received

  • Within mileage limit

  • Any difference will be charged


Example

  • Car delivered: August 3

  • Subscription ends: September 2

  • Return requested on August 31 → approved

  • Return requested on September 2 → too late, next month charged


FAQ – Monthly Booking (UAE)

1. Can I cancel my booking before car delivery?
Yes. You must notify us at least three to four hours before your booked time slot.

2. Do I get a refund if I return the car early?
No. There are no refunds for unused days in the first month.

3. When is my next payment charged?
Payment is always charged 1 day before the renewal date.
You must submit a return request 48 hours before the renewal.

4. Can I change the car?
Yes, after the first month.
If you subscribed to a contract (e.g., 9 months) and return early, you’ll be charged an early termination fee.

5. What if I don’t want to renew?
Submit a return request in the app at least 2 days before the renewal date.

6. Can a tourist book a car in UAE?
No. Tourists can only be added as second drivers under a UAE resident’s booking.

7. What if I miss the return deadline?
The subscription will auto-renew and the next payment will be charged.
