How do I renew my subscription?

You can rest assured knowing that your subscription will automatically renew every month, on the same date and at the same rate, as long as you continue to keep the car. To ensure a smooth renewal process, we will send you an email notification 5 days prior to the renewal date, as well as an SMS reminder 24 hours before we process the payment. It's important to have sufficient funds available on the card saved in our system to successfully complete the renewal. Once the subscription is renewed, you will receive an email containing a copy of your tax invoice, and the main page of the app will display your booking status as "active".

For Apple Pay users, we offer the convenience of making the monthly payment directly within the app. We will present the renewal invoice 5 days before the due date. Simply go to the main page of the app, click on "pay now", and proceed to add a card or select "Apple Pay", following the provided steps. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation pop-up within the app and an email with the invoice details.
