When you subscribe to a car, the insurance that you selected will cover only the driver that we have on file. The reason we ask you to add a second driver through the app is the ensure that they are fully protected while driving your vehicle.
Unfortunately, if someone drives your car that has not been added as a second driver, then should they incur any damages or have an accident, you (the subscriber) would be entirely liable to pay for all damages - which could be very costly.
We would recommend to make sure you add your spouse, in laws, friends as needed to the car if and when they may be driving it.
