When is everything charged?

All occurring charges will be deducted from the card you are sharing with us in the app and should be completed in order to continue your subscription. Failed payments will lead to car collection. Depending on the item, they are charged at different times:

 

a. Monthly Subscription - every month - with a notice 5 days before renewal notice

 

b. Fines - are processed from the card stored in the app at the time they are posted in our system. Fines are not charged along with the monthly renewal payment or other scheduled payments, should be honored on time otherwise it will affect your subscription plan and lead to penalties or car collection. A processing fee is applied on top of the fine amount issued by RTA. Please do not attempt to settle the fines individually to avoid paying twice for the same fine. You will receive a system generated email with the invoice of the payment and the details of the fine. (i.e. Date, time, description)

 

c. Salik - is charged once a month, usually the first week of the new month. So for example we would charge this month's salik on the first week of the coming month. It's 5.5aed/passing. AED 5 goes to the dealer and AED 0.5 is to the debit/credit processing agency. The email includes a summary of all salik passings with date, time and location. 

 

d. Fuel charges/Extra Mileage/Damage - charged within 30 days after car is returned/replaced
