When is everything charged?

Payment Policy and Schedule

All charges are deducted from the card saved in the app. Payments must be completed to keep your subscription active. Failed payments may result in car collection. Charges are applied at different times depending on the type:

a. Monthly Subscription

  • Charged every month.
  • Renewal notice sent 5 days before the due date.

b. Fines

  • Charged as soon as they are posted in our system to the card saved in the app.
  • Not combined with monthly subscription or other scheduled payments.
  • Must be paid on time to avoid penalties or car collection.
  • A processing fee is added to the RTA fine amount.
  • Do not attempt to settle fines directly to avoid duplicate payments.
  • A system-generated email will be sent with the invoice and fine details (date, time, description).

c. Salik and Darb Toll Charges

  • Linked to the registered debit or credit card.
  • Processed monthly, usually in the first week of the following month.
  • Charges from the current month are billed the next month.
  • Each charge includes:
    • Gate fee (toll amount)
    • VAT (as per UAE regulations)
    • Admin fee (processing service charge)
  • All tolls are consolidated into a single monthly payment for convenience.

d. Fuel Charges, Extra Mileage, or Damage

  • Charged within 60 days after the car is returned or replaced.
