How can I swap my car?

To swap your car, log into the app, select the new car you wish to swap for, and proceed with the booking flow. A screen will appear asking you to choose the current subscription you wish to swap. The calculation screen will display any unused days or wallet balance applied to the new booking. You can swap to a different vehicle every 30 days. Once the new booking is confirmed, the old booking will automatically be marked for return. If the vehicles are from different dealers, you will be contacted separately for delivery and collection. There is no starter fee required for a car swap request.
