Our cars come with a standard of 2500km included in the price. However, you do have the option to increase upto 4500km. It costs 60-300aed for the extra mileage depending on the make of car. 

When returning the car if the allowed mileage was exceeded you will be charged at a rate starting from 0.42 AED up to 1 AED for any extra km plus VAT. Mileage excess will be debited from the card stored in the app at the time of issuing the invoice and posting it in the system. 

The surcharge for fuel occurs when you return the car without the same fuel level as you received it. This is applicable for all the cars you get during your subscription period, including the cars you get temporarily, as a replacement, when the initial booked car is out for service. Fuel surcharge will be debited from the card stored in the app at the time of issuing the invoice and posting it in the system.

NOTE: mileage and fuel level is recorded in the check-in / check-out documents signed by you when receiving and handing over the car to the dealer, please save a copy for your reference, until the agreement and your file is closed in our system.

For any damage, it is in your best interest to provide the police report for any damages.
a. If you have opted to have 'Full Insurance', there is no additional charge.

b. If you have 'Standard Insurance', and the police report shows it is not your fault, you will not pay for damages. If the accident is your fault or a hit and run, you are subject to pay the 'Excess Amount'

Cars returned to the dealer without a police report are subject to the dealer charging the full damage charges.
